The Client is a global technology company that seeks to explore innovative ways to achieve real-time data transparency in its supply chain.
After user immersion and validation across its supply chain in selected Asian markets. The final suite of solutions consisting of RFID scanning app, partner scanning dashboard and a track and trace dashboard to monitor end-to-end provenance of products in the supply chain.

The solution suite benefitted the client and their partners by increasing product visibility through traceability, giving rise to better inventory planning, and reducing counterfeit to assure product authenticity and customer trust.
The Role in the project was to lead the design track and creating ~500 high fidelity screens and wireframes over 2 years. A heavy focus went into Data Visualization and how to curate and make sense of all the data captured in the mobile scanning app.
